Life Nowadays and Gym

It's been long since I've posted a new post.
Heh.
Life has been great, with my lovely friends(-:
My results kinda sucked for the first semester.
I have to buck up for the next semester.
I just can't seem to get those good results for English.
Ohwell..

YESTERDAY -
Went gym!
It was a great workout.
Worked on my legs and arms.
(MIDST OF GETTING MORE ARM MUSCLES)
Yay and ABS too(;
What I did ytd:
->Treadmill running.
This is good to train for stamina(:
-> training of biceps and triceps using dumbbells.
Dumbbells are always a handymandy friend for arm muscles. Did 2.5kg each ytd.
->Trained legs using the "bicycle" machine.
great to work out legs. BUILDING AND HAVING MORE TONED LEGS!
